350 g flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 packet dry yeast (11 g)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp oregano

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp basil

Freshly ground pepper

230 ml water

1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing the pan

Olives or Maldon salt and rosemary for topping

Mix the dry ingredients together, along with the olive oil and water. Knead the dough, which should remain quite sticky and wet.

Grease an ovenproof dish with olive oil and place the dough inside. Let it rise for 20 minutes.

Press down the dough with your fingers and arrange rosemary and salt or olives on top.

Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread turns a golden color.
